At Morfield, we want you to shop with confidence. If something isn’t right with your order, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.
Return Eligibility & Timeframe
We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Original tags and packaging are included
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is provided

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide further instructions on how to send your item back. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and provide a suitable solution.
Return Shipping Costs
In general, customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
However, if the issue is due to our error—such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect product—we will cover the return shipping expenses.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for return, including:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care and hygiene items
- Hazardous materials or flammable substances
Additionally, discounted items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest method is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order separately after the return is accepted.
EU Cooling-Off Period
For orders delivered to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days without providing a reason.
To qualify, items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that additional processing time may be required by your bank or payment provider.
If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved, please contact us.
